FREE MEDITATION DOWNLOAD: Chakra Balancing for Greater Intuition

I am so mad at myself!

by | Aug 18, 2026 | Executive Intuition Coaching

I goofed. Again.

This time (and not for the first time) I had a package sent to me instead of the person I intended it for. Now I must pay to resend, completely missing the timeliness of my gift.

What really aggravates me is that there is no one else to blame.

Can you relate?

When I finish taking myself to task, I am reminded of the need to forgive myself. Forgiving myself for being imperfect is gentler than beating myself up.

Even in those times when something has happened to me, forgiveness is easier than harboring ill will. It doesn’t mean that I happily greet past offenders. It means I know when I have the problem and when it belongs to the other person. It is best to forgive their shortcomings than to plot my revenge or remain in victimhood.

Forgiveness leads to accepting my imperfections as well as those of others. Accepting our humanity. And it makes for a better friend, spouse, and parent.

Significantly less judgy.

This was just a minor offense to my ego. Deeper wounds require more work.

Hypnotherapy can help you gain a new perspective, relieve your anger, enhance your ability to forgive, and keep you moving forward. In a hypnotherapy session, you are guided into a relaxed state where your mind is more open to new ways of thinking. This makes it easier to let go of anger or resentment and to build self-compassion. Over time, hypnotherapy can help reframe painful thoughts or reactions, giving you the space to respond more peacefully to yourself and others.

Need some help? I am here for you.
