Yes, we need to set goals and lay out some plans for the coming year. Not necessarily resolutions, but some focus is always helpful. It helps, too, to reflect on the year’s end. More than how you did against goals, reflecting can reveal some lessons you didn’t know you needed, some strength you found when you most needed it, and the community that supported you. When I review this year, one thing I find is how much more patient I have become. The older we get, the narrower our community becomes. Hopefully, because you have found so much more strength within yourself. It is important to take some time to reflect and incorporate what you’ve learned into your plans for moving forward. If you’re stuck… If all you can see is what didn’t go right… If the world seemed against you at every turn… that, too, can be worthy of reflection. Is it true? Are you really a victim (the answer can be yes), and can you see a way through? My clients amaze me at what they can find that is right and good in their life, even at their lowest points, whether through coaching, hypnotherapy, or psychic reading. I am here to help you feel your growth. Be stronger. For you to take control of your life. Take a moment to reflect and see what you most need to take with you from this year into 2023. I wish you much peace and joy that comes from reflecting. And remember to be kind to yourself. Mary |
